Back in 1936, in a small workshop in Ourense, the first Barbosa brush was manufactured with all the care and perfection that a craftsman gives to his products. Today, almost 100 years later, we continue to put the same care in all our processes, making our work a passion.
Thanks to the efforts of the entire team of professionals on our staff, our suppliers and the trust of all our customers, we have managed to grow in the sector over all these years, to position ourselves among the reference brands in the hardware market and in the cleaning sector.

We are part of the organizing committee of one of the most important trade fairs in the sector: Eurobrico (Valencia).
We are also members of the Association of Do-it-yourself and Hardware Manufacturers (AFEB) and the European Brush Federation (FEIBP).
SOCIAL COMMITMENT
It is very important for us to fulfill our corporate social responsibility. We collaborate as sponsors of the Txema Elorza Foundation, dedicated to humanitarian and development projects in underprivileged countries in Latin America, as well as to the financing of research grants.
We are also part of the association "Semente de Monforte", whose purpose is to promote business projects of new entrepreneurs.
In addition, we have been awarded the "Servir" prize, granted by the Rotary Club of Ourense to companies in the province that have shown a consolidated track record, a vocation for promoting employment, a firm commitment to training and a special dedication to social responsibility.

HYGIENIC-SANITARY
We are certified by the European Brush Federation (FEIBP) to manufacture products for sectors where the level of demand in cleaning is at its highest.
To this end, we comply with the utmost precision with all the composition, fixing and labeling specifications necessary to guarantee a quality and safe product.
ECO-RESPONSIBLE
We work every day to reduce our environmental impact, because we care about the world we live in.
We make the best use of all our raw materials in order to generate minimum waste. We do not use fossil fuels in any of our processes.
We use recycled plastics in the production of our brooms and sweepers.
