Food-certified brush for food handling in professional environments .
Made of polypropylene, polyester and stainless steel. Ideal for use on sweets and cakes with hot gelatin, fondant, syrup...as well as the application of marinades, eggs or icing.
It has low hardness bristles to facilitate the application and not to spoil the pastes when applying eggs, oil, flour, etc.
Recommended for use in kitchens, bakeries, pastry shops, bakeries... and the food industry in general. It is sterilizable and autoclavable, suitable for micro-applications. Resistant to high dishwasher temperatures and, therefore, easy to clean.
At the end of its useful life, dispose of in the appropriate container. We recommend reusing or recycling it to reduce environmental impact and improve the world today.
